Projects by the Principal

• BP Refinery Facility  at Cherry Point in Washington State.

​​

       An approximately 150 thousand square feet of a mixed use facility. Offices, Workshop and Warehouse. Project duration 2008 to 

      2009.  A very interesting project because of the challenges posed by being in a hazardous location and the tremendous   

       amount of  coordination required to develop a reliable engineering design. 

       The principal was the Lead Engineer for Mechanical and Plumbing​ working for Jacobs Global Buildings North America. 

• Linda Vista Apartments  in Los Angeles, CA

       Located on South Saint Louis St. now known as Hollenbeck Terrace. A former hospital turned into 100 apartment units with 

       gathering rooms and party kitchen. This "Historical" building was used as filming location for scary movies as an abandoned 

       hospital before getting developed by AMCAL. Challenging for pipes and duct routing and ventilation openings.  The principal

       was the Mechanical Engineer working for DFDA Consultants.

• William M Lowman Concert Hall in Idyllwild CA.

       ​The new William M. Lowman Concert Hall, designed by award-winning architect Whitney Sander of Los Angeles, is an 

       approximately eight thousand square feet Music and Arts venue in the heart of the Idyllwild Arts Academy campus.   

      Consideration for sound attenuation is the main consideration aside from occupant comfort.
